During our stay at Sol Andina Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us. The location was convenient, close to the bus terminal and the port for our tour to Titicaca lake. We enjoyed the good internet connection in our room, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. Despite some minor issues with hot water supply and occasional internet outages, we found the value for money to be excellent. we would recommend this hotel for those looking for a budget-friendly option in Puno.

I loved the rooms at Hostel Sol Andina Inn! They were cozy and had everything I needed. The beds were comfy, and the wardrobes were spacious. I enjoyed watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Having a private bathroom was a plus, and the shower had complimentary toiletries. I felt right at home!
One thing that I didn't particularly like was the free WiFi. It was a bit slow for my liking.

The location is very convenient, as it is close to the bus depot and in the bus station. The room was comfortable and the service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although not amazing, did include a refreshing juice. the hostel offers laundry service, which is convenient for travelers.
The bathroom was quite dirty with rolled up dust bundles in multiple places.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The warm colors and beautiful textiles used throughout the common areas created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also excellent, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators conveniently located near the entrance. It made getting around a breeze!
I would have loved for the hotel to have a dedicated tour desk to assist senior guests in planning their excursions and activities. It would have been helpful to have knowledgeable staff available to provide recommendations and assist with organizing tours, making the vacation experience even better for us seniors.

They were so kind to let me know that I should consult with a Peruvian consulate office about traveling with children, even though I don't have any. They also had a casino, which I totally used, because who doesn't love gambling at a hostel?
Like, seriously, who needs a nice view of a beautiful lake when you can admire the bricked wall outside your window? So picturesque.
